Wilena Barrs is the founder and owner of Barrs Business Services. In her current role, she is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the Company and ensuring compliance while partnering with organizations seeking improvement and change.

 

Wilena has worked in the field of HR for over 20 years and has held various positions of leadership. Her areas of expertise are in HR administration, workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, training and development as well as workplace safety. In addition to obtaining the nationally recognized SHRM-SCP certification, she holds an M.A. degree in Leadership from Shorter Univerity and a B.A. degree in Sociology from Bethune-Cookman University.
